RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at kiorashopinc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the correct return address. We work with several suppliers, so please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the item within 14 days after receiving our instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all parts and accessories, and in the original packaging when possible.
  • For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection and testing may receive a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover the cost, and you will not need to return the item in most cases.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email us at kiorashopinc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Leaking at the filter connection? The rubber sealing ring can shift during shipping. Unscrew the filter section, reseat the ring evenly in its groove, and tighten again by hand. If it still leaks, contact us and we'll make it right.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm a damaged/defective item), we'll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, or any time before it ships, by emailing us at kiorashopinc@gmail.com.
